1. How do I change my product package?

Generally speaking, there are two ways of carrying out product upgrades. You can either click in the dashboard on the "UPGRADE PRODUCT NOW" link that will take you automatically to the stream5 online shop, or you can select the "Manage account" function in the upper navigation panel and select the package version you wish to upgrade to using the "Upgrade your package" option in the drop-down menu that will appear lower down. Click on the UPGRADE button to confirm your selection. A stream5 staff member will contact you as soon as possible.

 

2. How do I change my user details?

If you want to change your user details, select the "Manage account" option in the upper i5 navigation panel. Here you can change or add to your personal details. Don't forget to save your changes.
