1. What is the purchase procedure?

During the test version of your Video Machine you have the possibility to buy a full version of our packages 2GO and READY. When the test version of your Video Machine expires you have the possibility to buy a full version of our packages 2GO and READY. Simply click on the button “Upgrade your product now” in your Cockpit. A new window will open where you get to our online shop.
In the first step you are asked to enter your contact details. Then you can choose between the full versions of 2GO or READY. For the full version you can decide between different contract models. In the second step you can either choose a monthly license model or the attractive upfront billing model: You pay the amount for a twelve months license and you get one extra month for free!

In the third step you will have to enter your bank details or credit card information. All fields marked with an asterisk are required. In order to protect your privacy an SSL-server securely encrypts any data you enter. The direct debit depends on your contract, either once a month or one singular payment within 4 weeks after closing the contract.

In the last step you will have to confirm your personal details and your product choice. Please also read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and the Data Security Regulation and then press the button “send”. You will receive a confirmation via email.


2. What is the method of payment?

It is possible to buy online with a direct debit authorization and with credit card (Visa/ Master Card). In order to protect your privacy an SSL-server securely encrypts any data you enter. We will soon be able to offer other methods of payment.

3. When will the direct debit take place?

Direct debit will take place four weeks after closing the contract, at the latest.

4. What are the notice periods?

With the 2GO and READY package you will have a notice period of 4 weeks for the “monthly license” contract. Should you decide to choose the upfront billing model (12 months license) the notice period will be 4 weeks prior to the end of the period of validity.
