1. How do I get access to the Cockpit?
In order to gain access to the Cockpit you have to test the Video-Machine first. Simply choose the product “Video Machine” on our website and click on the button “Get 30day FREE Trial now”. Another window will open where you can enter your data for accessing the Cockpit. Your email address and the password will be your access data later. In the last step you will have to confirm your personal details and your product choice. Please also read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and the Data Security Regulation and then press the button “send”. You will receive an email with the access data, a link to your Cockpit as well as all other necessary pieces of information.

2. How can I get registered?
In order to register you have to test the Video Machine first. Once you have completed this process you will receive an email with the access data for the Cockpit. For using the Cockpit you can then simply use your Log-in pin at the “Log-in” button on our website.
If you want to purchase the Video Machine within the 30 days FREE Trial, you’ll have the opportunity to decide between the full version and an upgrade in your Cockpit.
3. Do I have to download the Cockpit?
No, you do not have to download the Cockpit. You merely need an internet connection and an internet-ready browser. There you can enter the URL that you will receive via email.
4. How can I test your Video Machine?
Simply choose the product “Video Machine” on our website and click on the button “Get 30day FREE Trial now”. Follow each step and you will receive an email with your access data and all other necessary pieces of information.
5. How long can I test your Video Machine for?
You can test the Video Machine for 30 days. You will get 2.5 GB storage and traffic. The Cockpit will remind you when you have used up your traffic and/or storage volume.
After 30 days you can upgrade the product in order to secure your setting and your videos.
6. What happens with the video files after the test period?
Once the test period has expired your video files will be deleted automatically from the stream5 system. You will have the possibility to buy the full version of the package within the test period of 30 days. Your settings and your video database will then completely be transferred to the full version.
7. What happens when I have used up my traffic?
The Cockpit gives you an overview of your current traffic consumption. If you have bought the full version of 2GO or READY you will have a certain traffic volume each month depending on the package (cf. package overview). Should you require more traffic than the package offers, you will be charged for the additional GBs as follows:
- 2GO: 0.59 € per GB
- READY: 0.49 € per GB.
Customers of the test version receive 2.5 GB traffic volume in total.
6. How can I cancel my account?
